At My Happy Customized Gifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is custom-made just for you, which means we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement.
1. Order Cancellations or Modifications
Because our products are made-to-order, we begin production shortly after your purchase.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at myhappycustomizedgifts@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing the order. Include your order number and details of the requested change.
After 3 hours, your order is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Replacement Policy for Defective Custom Products
We do not accept returns for customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping issue.
You are eligible for a free replacement if:

The item received is damaged or defective

The product is significantly different from what was described or displayed

You received the wrong item
You do not need to return the defective product. We’ll send you a new one at no cost.
To request a replacement, email myhappycustomizedgifts@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Photos or a short video of the defective item and packaging label

If applicable, photos showing:

Printing error (e.g., incorrect colors or text)

Sizing or placement issues (include a ruler or measuring tape in the photo)

Your full delivery address

A contact phone number
We will review your claim and respond with a solution as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, we will refund the full value of the product, including shipping.
📸 Please allow a 20% variation in colors due to screen displays or lighting in photos. This does not qualify as a defect.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returned items are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
Replacements for these cases are only available for an additional charge.
4. Low-Resolution or Blurry Photo Submissions
If you submit low-quality, blurry, or cut-off images, we cannot guarantee perfect results. Our product pages include guidelines for uploading high-resolution images. Orders created with poor-quality images do not qualify for a refund or free replacement.
5. Refunds for Eligible Orders (If Applicable)
If a refund has been issued but you haven’t received it:
